Awards
This page is dedicated to showing off our employees abilities. The pictures below came from the Llano Wine and Chocolate Fantasia. The contest is organized by Kurt Melle CEC of the Texas Chefs Association and is a fund raiser that benefits the Chefs Scholarship Fund and Parkinson's charities. The contest is an outlet for Professionals, Amateurs, and students to demonstrate their abilities in creating artwork from chocolate. All entries are made of chocolate and chocolate products.

This is one day of production for a large order we received. In one week's time we produced almost 30,000 cookies for this single order. The pictures below show about 700 dozen cookies, ranging from Sugar Cookies, to Peanut Butter, to Chocolate Chip, and Pecan Sandies. In the picture each rack is loaded down with 40 pans and each pan has around 30 cookies on it. |
